What a difference a year makes!  Last January I topped out at over 260 pounds, my heaviest weight by far.

Pay no attention to Jamie’s belly, that wasn’t the result of a few dozen Christmas cookies, but rather Isabella.

Now almost a year later I’ve dropped to 212 pounds.  How did I do it?  Self control mostly.  I made sure to watch my portions, only eat when hungry, and try to eat some healthier stuff.  Yes, even I ate fruit and vegetables.

I exercise when I can, and sometimes go running with the dog.  I gotta say, I feel a ton better. But I’m not done.  On February 21st I’ll turn 30 and my goal is to see the 100’s again.  If so, I won’t be off much of my high school graduating weight!

These ads look as close to pornographic ads as you can get, without actually being them.  The worst part is, the actual game has nothing to do with these “ladies.”  So here’s how you can block them, I’ll try to keep this list up to date.
