It doesn't matter IF the content exists but is locked. Guess what. I don't see anyone suing Nintendo for Animal Crossings Wild World. Why you ask? How about the fact that you can't write a letter in the game containing the word "fuck", the game blanks out your typing. Now even though you never see the word, it's HARDCODED into the game, just like a locked up nude skin. Bigotry is an evil thing, have we not learned anything from the Nazi's and the KKK?
